About us
A small studio that builds websites properly.
We're Sene Studio - based in Hythe on the Kent coast.
We build fast, well-structured websites for small businesses and local services across the UK - designed to be clear, reliable, and easy for both your customers and Google to understand.
Who we are
We care about doing things right.
We're a small, focused studio - which means every project gets proper attention. Nothing is passed down a chain, templated out, or rushed through.
We work with trades, local services, and small businesses that need a website to actually do something - not just look nice, but load fast, show up on Google, and turn visitors into enquiries.
We're based on the south coast, but work with clients across the UK. Local clients get a hands-on, personal relationship - remote clients get exactly the same standard of work.
Honest
We tell you what your site needs - not what sounds impressive. If you don't need something, we'll say so.
Straightforward
No jargon, no surprises. You always know what's happening, what it costs, and what comes next.
Built to perform
Every site we build is fast, clean, and structured so Google can read it clearly. That's not a bonus - it's the baseline.
How we work
Understand before designing.
We study the business, identify what matters and structure that knowledge before deciding how a site should look. Design and build follow from that - not the other way around.
What we believe about websites.
Most websites don't perform.
They look fine, but load slowly, don't show up on Google, and don't give visitors a clear reason to get in touch. That's what we fix.
Simplicity wins.
The best websites are fast, clear, and easy to use. Not clever. Not complicated. Just well built.
Small businesses deserve great websites.
You shouldn't need a big budget to have a site that loads quickly, works on every device, and shows up on Google. We make that accessible.
Where we are
Based in Hythe, Kent. Working across the UK.
We're based on the south coast, which means local clients get a genuinely personal service. We also work with businesses across the UK just as comfortably - fully remote, with the same standard of work.
Happy to meet locally or work remotely - whatever suits you best.
Local coverage: Hythe, Folkestone, Ashford, Romney Marsh, New Romney, Sandgate, Cheriton - and across Kent.
